高职铁道机车车辆专业“两双四共”校企合作模式思考

Thinking on the School-enterprise Cooperation Mode of "Two Doubles and Four COs" in Higher Vocational Railway Rolling Stock Specialty

铁路事业的迅猛发展为高职铁道机车车辆专业的发展带来契机。文中提出以"两双四共"模式开展校企合作,确立学校和企业"双主体""双主导"的"两双"地位,从"共筹、共建、共育、共享"四个方面深入合作,思考了"两双四共"校企合作模式的框架和主要内容,为高职铁道机车车辆专业开展校企合作提供参考。

The rapid development of the railway industry has brought opportunities for the development of the railway rolling stock specialty in higher vocational colleges. This paper puts forward that the cooperation between the schools and enterprises should be carried out under the mode of ＂two doubles and four COs＂, i.e. establishing the status of the schools and enterprises with ＂two main bodies＂ and ＂two leading roles＂, and deepening the cooperation from the following four aspects, respectively ＂co-preparation, co-construction, co-education and sharing＂. This paper considers the framework and main contents of the above mantioned school-enterprise cooperation mode, and provides a reference for the school-enterprise cooperation of railway rolling stock specialty in higher vocational colleges.
