摘要
在职业教育中,师徒关系是学徒制的重要组成部分。从传统至现代,学徒制背景下的师徒关系经历了多重演变,发展至今,其转变主要特点为师徒身份的现代化、师徒互动的现代化、教育宗旨的现代化、培养标准的现代化和师徒体系的现代化。通过学徒制的制度保障、组织建设和文化传承三个方面能够持续推进师徒关系的现代化,有利于现代学徒制更加规范化、人性化、专业化。
In the vocational education, mentoring is an important part of apprenticeship. From tradition to modernity, the relationship between teachers and apprentices has undergone multiple changes in the context of apprenticeship. The main characteristics of its transformation are the modernization of the status of teachers and apprentices, the interaction between teachers and apprentices, the aim of education, the standard of training and the system of teachers and apprentices.Through the system guarantee, organization construction and cultural heritage of apprenticeship, we can continuously promote the modernization of the relationship between teachers and apprentices, which is conducive to the standardization, humanization and specialization of modern apprenticeship.
