校企双主体工作室提升中职导游专业学生核心素养的实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 提升中职导游专业学生的核心素养是对接企业人才需求的必然。然而,当前传统导游课程教学问题突出,制约了导游专业学生核心素养的发展。校企双主体工作室深化校企合作,充分协调和利用好政、行、校、企四方资源,在校本实践中,通过企业调查分析研究、"三段三岗"全程合作、开发特色课程、研发特色资源,有效地促进了导游专业学生核心素养的发展。 Improving the core literacy of secondary vocational tour guide majors is the necessity of meeting the talent demand of the enterprises. However, the current outstanding problems in the teaching of traditional tour guide courses restrict the development of core qualities of tour guide students. The school-enterprise double-main-body studio deepens the school-enterprise cooperation,fully coordinates and utilizes the resources of the government, industry, schools and enterprises. In the school-based practice, the investigation and analysis of enterprises, the cooperation of "three stages and three posts" in the whole process, the development of characteristic courses, and the research and development of characteristic resources effectively promote the development of core literacy of tour guide majors.
