摘要 名师成长的过程是一个不断实践反思、超越自我的过程,这一过程的发展体现了阶段性规律、名师引领规律、团队共生规律;同时在名师成长的过程中氛围的土壤、自主发展的空间、实践教学的反思等因素也会对名师成长产生影响。 The growth of famous teachers is a process of continuous practice and self-reflection,which reflects the law of development stages, the leading of famous teachers, and team symbiosis. At the same time, in the process of the growth of famous teachers, the atmosphere, independent development space, practical teaching reflection and other factors will also have an impact on the growth of famous teachers.
