摘要 根据相关统计数据和调研情况的分析,立足于职业学校师资现状,思考如何解决教师学习成长过程中遇到的瓶颈问题,结合学校的实践,探讨如何通过学习型教师团队建设实现对职业学校教师的"拔"苗助长,改变职业学校教师现有的学习状态,帮助他们摆脱想学而没有路径、不知方法的困境,助推职业学校的师资力量提高和平衡发展。 Based on the analysis of relevant statistical data and investigation, and the status quo of teachers in vocational schools, this paper considers how to solve the bottleneck problems encountered in the process of teachers' learning and growth. Combining with the practice of schools, it explores how to stimulate the potential of vocational school teachers and change their careers through the construction of a team of learning teachers. The existing learning state of school teachers helps them get rid of the predicament of wanting to learn without paths and methods, and promotes the improvement and balanced development of teachers' strength in vocational schools.
