基于三轴伺服驱动的自动焊接系统设计

摘要 传统的人工焊接加工方式存在焊接质量不稳定、速度慢以及成本高等缺点。近年来计算机技术与现代控制技术的发展,促进了焊接自动化的进步,自动焊接已成为行业发展的趋势。鉴于此,设计了一套基于三轴伺服驱动的自动焊接系统,系统利用CCD进行图像采集,通过坐标变换获得焊缝位置信息,以三菱FX5U可编程控制器(PLC)作为主控单元,以伺服电机驱动由三维模组构成的运动机构,配合专门的定位装置及工装夹具,实现了稳定可靠的焊接。试验证明,本系统的焊接精度可达0.5 mm。 The traditional manual welding methods have the disadvantages of unstable welding quality,slow welding speed and high labor cost. In recent years,the development of computer technology and modern control technology has promoted the progress of welding automatic control technology,and welding automation has become popular in industry. In conformance with this,a set of automatic welding system based on three-axis servo driven is designed in the paper. The system uses CCD for image acquisition and obtains weld position information through coordinate transformation. The Mitsubishi FX5 U programmable controller( PLC) is used as the main control unit. The servomotor drives the motion mechanism consisting of three-dimensional modules with a special positioning device and fixtures for stable and reliable welding tests have shown that the welding accuracy of this system can reach 0. 5 mm.
