胃黏膜下占位的恶性腹膜间皮瘤1例报道

Peritoneal mesothelioma manifesting as gastric submucosal lesion: one case report

间皮瘤原发灶多为胸膜、腹膜、心包及睾丸鞘膜,其中以胸膜最为常见。首发转移灶为消化道、表现为胃黏膜下占位的腹膜间皮瘤十分罕见,本文报道1例以腹水起病,存在胃黏膜下占位的恶性腹膜间皮瘤的诊治经过。

The primary lesions of mesothelioma usually locate at pleura, peritoneum, pericardium or periorchium, of which pleura is the most common site. Peritoneal mesotheliomas with a primary lesion of gastric suhmucosal occupying lesion are quite treatment of a peritoneal mesothelioma with a gastric lesion and disease onset of aseites were reported in this article.
