影响多囊卵巢综合征患者妊娠结局的相关高危因素研究进展

Research progress on high risk factors related to pregnancy outcome of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是引起育龄期女性生殖系统功能障碍的内分泌及代谢紊乱性疾病之一,而胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)、高雄激素血症是PCOS发病过程中的重要因素。临床研究发现IR、高雄激素血症常常导致PCOS患者易并发妊娠期糖尿病、高血压、血栓性疾病等妊娠期合并症,这些并发症均严重影响着妊娠结局。现对PCOS患者妊娠过程中可能导致妊娠不良后果的因素作一综述。

Polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）is one of the endocrine and metabolic disorders that cause reproductive dysfunction in women of childbearing age,and insulin resistance（IR）and hyperandrogenemia are important factors in the pathogenesis of PCOS.Clinical studies have found that IR and hyperandrogenemia often lead to gestational diabetes mellitus,hypertension,thrombotic disease and other pregnancy complications in patients with PCOS.These complications seriously affect the outcome of pregnancy.This paper reviews the factors that may lead to the adverse consequences of pregnancy in patients with PCOS.
