Social Construction: Origin,Concept Differentiation and Era Characteristics——On Interpretation of Social Construction in The Republic of China

民国时期,关于"社会建设"概念的界定与争论竞相面世,罕有定论。国民政府认为,社会建设特指独立于行政系统与经济文化领域之外的人类相互交往的活动。社会各界则侧重于从人与人之间形成的社会关系来界定其概念。对"社会建设"概念的不同解读反映出国民政府与社会各界之间存在着利益诉求的差异与趋同。以民生为核心诉求的社会建设理念,呈现出超越历史局限性的时代价值,至今仍有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

During the Republic of China,the definitions of and debates over the concept of ＂ social construction＂ appeared one after another. The National Government believed that social construction referred in particular to the human interaction activities independent of the administrative system and the economic and cultural field,while all sectors of the society defined the concept in terms of the person-to-person social relationship. Different interpretations of ＂ social construction＂ concept reflects the difference and the convergence of interest demands between the National Government and different sectors in society. The concept of social construction centered on people＇s livelihood,demonstrates the era value that exceeds the historical limitations and still has until today important theoretical value and practical significance.
