摘要
为合理利用陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工有限公司渣油热裂解装置副产的裂解重油,对裂解重油、煤、水的混合制浆技术、裂解重油-煤浆多通道烧嘴共气化技术、裂解重油单独直接气化技术三种方案进行了比选。通过比选,选择煤浆-裂解重油共气化技术(简称煤-重油共气化技术)制甲醇合成气;介绍了该技术的研发过程,分析了技术创新点:重油存储及输送技术、多通道工艺烧嘴技术、多物料安全联锁控制系统及开车顺控技术、气化运行过程控制技术。工业化应用后,截至2017年底共处理重油4.2万t,节约原煤7.52万t。
In order to reasonably utilize cracked heavy oil, a by-product of YECC(Shaanxi Yanchang Zhongmei Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd.) residual oil thermal cracking plant, the comparison and selection were made for cracked heavy oil-coal-water mixed slurrying technology, cracked heavy oil-coal slurry multi-channel burner co-gasification technology,and cracked heavy oil direct gasification technology. Through the comparison and selection, cracked heavy oil-coal slurry multi-channel burner co-gasification technology to produce methanol syngas was chosen. Furthermore, the research and development process of the technology was introduced, and the key technologies during the innovation were analyzed, such as heavy oil storage and transportation technology, multi-channel process burner technology, multi-material safety interlock control system, start-up sequence control technology and gasification operation process control technology. After the industrial application, by the end of 2017, 42 000 t cracked heavy oil had been treated, saving 75 200 t raw coal.
