纯氧转化炉炉体泄漏着火事故及修复过程总结

摘要 分析了200 kt/a焦炉煤气制甲醇转化炉炉体泄漏着火事故的原因,直接原因是转化炉炉体内耐火隔热浇注料脱落。详细介绍了转化炉的修复过程,根据转化炉的结构特点和使用情况,确定了修复措施:将转化炉切割、返厂维修;针对转化炉第一点测温热电偶频繁烧损的情况,将转化炉第一点热电偶较原设计位置下移300 mm。转化炉修复及技改后,工艺指标均在设计指标范围内,转化气中CH4体积分数≤1.0%的指标合格率为100%,第一点测温热电偶已累计运行20个月仍完好无损。 The reason of leakage and fire accident of 200 kt/a coke oven gas to methanol shift converter furnace body was analyzed. And the direct reason was falling off of the refractory heat insulating castable in the shift converter furnace body.The furnace restoration process was introduced in detail. Based on the structure features and service condition of the converter,restoration measures were taken as follows: cutting and repairing the shift converter, moving down the position of first point thermocouple of shift converter by 300 mm compared with the original design due to its frequent burning damage. Through the restoration and technical renovation, all the technical parameters were within the design range, the pass rate of the volume fraction of CH4 in the converted gas less than or equal to 1% was 100%, and the first point thermocouple had been running for20 months without any damage.
