摘要
介绍了WSA硫回收工艺流程,对1 200 kt/a甲醇工程配套硫回收装置的设计,在系统补充蒸汽位置、酸性气管道伴热方式、烟囱选材等方面进行了探讨。为确保生产装置稳定、长周期运行,在装置设计中,露点控制是应考虑的重点,应注重以下设计细节:系统蒸汽应从燃烧风机出口管道上补入,酸性气管道宜采用电伴热,烟囱材质选择碳钢,工艺气管道支吊架应采取热障管托结构,管道及设备保温严格按设计规定执行,冷却风机吸风口高出地面3 m以上。
WSA sulfur recovery process was introduced. For the design of sulfur recovery unit as the auxiliary facility of1 200 kt/a methanol project, the location of system makeup steam, the heat tracing method of acid gas pipeline and the chimney material selection were discussed. In the design of the unit, the dew point control should be focus of consideration,system steam should be added to the exhaust pipe of the combustion fan, electric heat tracing should be adopted for the acid gas pipeline, carbon steel should be selected as chimney material, thermal barrier measures should be taken in the process gas pipe support, pipe and equipment insulation should be implemented strictly in accordance with the design requirements, and the cooling fan suction inlet should be over 3 m above the ground. Attention should be paid to these design details to ensure stable and long-term operation of the production unit.
