利用异构脱蜡柴油分离重质无芳溶剂油的模拟研究

Simulation Study on the Separation of Heavy Nonaromatic Solvent Oil from Heterogeneous Dewaxed Diesel Oil

摘要 以一套处理量为30万t/a的烯烃分离装置为模拟平台,原烯烃分离工况下以费托稳定重质油、油洗石脑油进料,生产4种烯烃产品;采用此烯烃分离装置,以异构脱蜡装置21.9万t/a柴油为模拟进料,介绍了新工况下重质D系列溶剂油的分离方案。结果表明,在工艺流程和设备规格不变的条件下,将T102分离塔底再沸器热源改为导热油,T102、T103、T104分离塔顶压力分别为120 k Pa、40 k Pa、40 k Pa,确定T101塔适宜塔径为2.2 m,按新工况分离方案,可生产D95溶剂油1.77万t/a,D110溶剂油2.99万t/a,D130溶剂油2.67万t/a,产品总量为7.5万t/a。 300 000 t/a olefin separation unit was taken as simulation platform. Under normal conditions, with FischerTropsch stable heavy oil and oil washed naphtha as feedstock, it made 4 kinds of olefin products. In this olefin separation unit,the separation scheme of heavy D series solvent oil under the new working condition was studied by using the simulated diesel feed of 219 000 t/a of heterogeneous dewaxing unit. The results showed that under the same process flow and equipment specification, when T102 bottom reboiler heat source was changed to hot oil, T102, T103 and T104 top pressure were 120 k Pa,40 k Pa and 40 k Pa respectively, based on the new working condition separation scheme, it could produce 17 700 t/a D95 solvent oil, 29 900 t/a D110 solvent oil and 26 700 t/a D130 solvent oil, with a total product volume of 75 000 t/a.
