摘要
以预荷电室和凝并室为实验系统,对电凝并装置的凝并效果进行了研究,分析了凝并室直流电场中不同极配形式、不同峰值电压、不同烟道风速以及不同粉尘初始浓度对粉尘粒度分布的影响。研究结果表明,当粉尘初始质量浓度为1 g/m3、烟道风速为1.4 m/s、凝并室直流电压为30 k V、凝并室极配形式为双芒刺板时,可吸入颗粒物的凝并效果较好。
Based on the experimental system of precharge chamber and agglomeration chamber, the agglomeration effect of electric agglomeration unit was studied. T he influence of different polar matching forms and peak voltages in DC electric field of the agglomeration chamber, different flue wind velocity as well as initial particle concentration on the agglomeration effect of inhalable particle was analyzed. The results showed that when the initial particle concentration was 1 g/m3, the flue wind velocity was 1.4 m/s, the DC voltage was 30 k V and the polar matching form of agglomeration chamber was bipolar barbed plate, there was a good agglomeration effect of inhalable particles.
