摘要
在现代工业自动化生产过程中,固体颗粒连续料位的监测对保证连续生产和安全生产起到关键作用。本文在介绍了目前常用的测量固体颗粒连续料位仪表特点的基础上,分析了不同工作条件对仪表工作状态的影响,得到了仪表适合应用的工况,为不同行业不同环境下测量固体颗粒连续料位仪表的正确选型与合理应用提供了依据与指导。
In the process of automation production for modem industry, the monitoring of continuous level for solids plays a key role in ensuring continuous production and safe production. Based on the introduction of the characteristics of the frequently used instruments for measuring the continuous level of solids, this paper analyzes the influence of different working conditions on the working state of the instruments, and obtains the application working conditions for the instruments. These provide the basises and guidances for the correct model selection and reasonable application of instruments for measuring the continuous level of solids in different industries and environments.
