核电站安全级DCS系统IO分配原则浅析 被引量:4

摘要 随着核科学与技术的不断发展,核电站的建造,为人类带来了福音。但是事物都具有两面性,在带来经济效益的同时,核辐射防护的问题日益突出。目前,核电站仪控系统的数字化程度逐渐提高,DCS系统在核电站仪控系统中的使用越来越普遍,安全级DCS系统在保证核电站的核辐射防护屏障的完整性的作用也越来越大,但是核电站生产工艺相对于常规火电要复杂很多、核电站的工艺系统远远多于常规火电,这给核电站安全级DCS的测点分配带来了很多困难和限制条件。本文结合核电站的设计规范要求和核电站实际工程建设中的实际应用,总结了一部分核电站安全级DCS系统的IO测点的初步分配原则。 With the development of nuclear science and technology, the construction of the nuclear power plant has brought the gospel to mankind. But things has two sides, while bringing economic benefits, nuclear radiation protection is becoming more and more prominent. At present, the degree of digitization of the NPP I&G system improve gradually, the safety DCS system is also playing a more and more important role in ensuring the integrity of nucle批 radiation protection barriers, but the production process of the nuclear power plant is much more complicated than the fire power plant, there is a large number of process system than the fire power plant, this brings a lot of difficulties and constraints to the IO assignment. In according to the design specification requirements and the practical application of the project, the method of the IO assignment is proposed.
