一种降低RPN中间量程信号本底噪声方法研究

摘要 本文针对某核电厂2号机组达临界过程中出现2RPN419KA报警(中间量程013MA倍增时间小于18s),通过对现场设备进行分段排查,同时结合离线试验及现场验证,得出本次事件的根本原因为2RPN013MA通道噪声大。查找确定机柜底部变压器为强干扰源,通过现场调整机柜内电缆布置增强通道的抗干扰能力,机组多次上下行试验验证合格。通过汇总故障分析及处理过程,为后续核电机组RPN中间量程安装及运维提供参考。 2RPN419KA alarm appears in the critical process of unit 2 in a certain nuclear power plant (the intermediate range 013MA doubling time is less than 18s ). The site equipment is checked in sections, and combined with the factory background test and field verification, It is concluded that the root cause of this event is the high noise of 2RPN013MA channel. It is found that the transformer at the bottom of the cabinet is a strong source of interference. By adjusting the cable arrangement in the cabinet to enhance the anti-interference ability of the channel, the unit is qualified through several uplink and downlink tests. Through summarizing the process of fault analysis and treatment, this paper provides a reference for the installation and operation of RPN intermediate range of nuclear power unit.
