Construction on Internal Quality Assurance System of Training Outstanding Legal Talents

全面推进依法治国需要卓越法律人才,为了保障人才培养质量,必须建立人才培养内部质量保障体系。本文通过借鉴英国、美国高等院校内部质量保障体系建设的经验,从目标保障系统、组织管理保障系统、运行过程保障系统、评价、反馈系统等方面构建卓越法律人才培养内部质量保障体系。

Outstanding legal talents are urgently needed for fully implementing rule of law.It is necessary to construct internal quality assurance system in assuring the quality of training.The article constructs internal quality assurance system of training outstanding legal talents from the assurance of objectives,organization and management,operation process,evaluation and feedback on the basis of successful experiences in constructing internal quality assurance system of universities in the UK and U.S.A.
