摘要
云南电网与南方电网实现异步联网运行,成为国内首个异步运行的省级电网,但异步运行的云南电网频率变化较以往的同步联网方式明显增大,各并网发电机组一次调频动作频繁,在辅助服务系统一次调频考核中出现了很多不合格考核电量。本文结合异步运行后云南电网发电机组调速系统参数调整的情况,从辅助服务系统一次调频考核算法上进行适应性分析,并对辅助服务一次调频考核的完善提出建议。
Yunnan Power Grid has became the first asynchronous operating province power grid in China after the asynchronous interconnection to CSG was realized successfully. In comparison with the synchronous interconnection to CSG, many generators' primary frequency modulation move more frequently in Yunnan. Therefore there are many nonconformity assessment electricity in auxiliary services. This paper gives adaptive analysis of methods on primary frequency modulation assessment in auxiliary services. Based on the situation of adjusting the parameters of some big generators, it provides some suggestions to improve the primary frequency modulation assessment in auxiliary services.
