湖北省矿产资源开发与生态保护统筹发展的思考

Thinking on the Coordinated Development of Mineral Resources Development and Ecological Protection in Hubei Province

湖北省矿产资源较丰富,矿产资源开发对湖北省经济社会发展起着重要支撑作用,但其过度开发对生态环境造成破坏和影响,如何统筹生态保护与矿产资源开发的关系,是落实绿色发展理念亟待解决的重要课题。对湖北省矿产资源开发现状、未来发展趋势和存在的生态环境影响问题进行分析,提出坚持生态保护优先、调整矿产资源开发利用布局、从严控制矿业权投放、推进矿产资源绿色勘查开发、强化矿山生态环境恢复治理、积极解决历史遗留问题等对策建议。

The mineral resources in Hubei are abundant. The exploitation of mineral resources plays an important role in the economic and social development of Hubei Province,but its overexploitation has also caused damage and influence on the ecological environment. How to co-ordinate the relationship between ecological protection and mineral resources development is an urgent task to implement the concept of green development. The paper analyzes the present situation of mineral resources development in Hubei Province,the future development trend and the existing ecological environment influence problems,the countermeasures are put forward,such as the priority of ecological protection,the adjustment of the distribution of mineral resources development and utilization,the strict control of the mining right,the green exploration and development of mineral resources,the strengthening of the restoration and treatment of the ecological environment of the mine,and the active solution to the problems left over by the history
