我国非公有制企业党的建设的发展及取得的成就与经验

Achievements and Experience of CPC Building in Non-public Enterprises in China

在非公有制企业中建立党组织,是我国非公有制经济与世界其他国家的经济组织不同的重要特征,也是中国非公有制企业健康发展的内在要求。新中国成立不久,我们党就提出了在私营企业中建立党组织的要求。改革开放以后,随着非公有制经济的发展,非公有制企业中党员人数不断增多、党组织覆盖面不断扩大、党建制度不断规范,为我们党鼓励、引导非公有制经济的发展搭建了有效的平台。为了进一步搞好非公有制经济组织党建工作,要积极探索非公有制经济组织党建的特点,不断深化对非公有制经济的认识,不断深化对社会主义理论和现实的认识,破除西方政治理论对党建工作的影响,加强非公有制企业党的建设的制度和法律保障。

The establishment of Party organizations in non-state-owned enterprises is an important different feature between China＇s non-public sectors of the economy and other countries＇ economic organizations. It is also an integral aspect for the healthy development of non-state-owned enterprises in China. Shortly, after the founding of PRC, CPC put forward the requirement of establishing party organization in private enterprises. Since the reform and opening up, with the development of the non-public sectors of the economy, both the number of Party members and the coverage of the party in the non-state-owned enterprises have increased, as well as the party building system has been standardized. This trend sets up an effective platform for CPC to encourage and guide the development of the non-public sectors of the economy. To improve the party building work in the non-state owned economic organizations, it is necessary to explore actively the characteristics of the party building in the non-state owned economic organizations, and enhance the understanding of the non-public sectors of the economy and the theory and reality of socialism, eliminating western political theory＇s impact on the work of the party building and strengthen system and legal guarantee for party building work in the non-state-owned enterprises.
