高职院校专业技术职务自主评聘改革研究

摘要 专业技术职务评聘问题是高职院校人事管理人员及广大教师关注的热点和难点。文章在分析原评聘政策存在的问题及评审权下放后各高职院校实现自主评聘面临新挑战的基础上,根据高职院校的实际情况,从组织形式、评价体系和聘任管理等方面提出了专业技术职务评聘制度的改革与实施方案。 The issue of evaluation and appointment of professional and technical posts is a hot and hard point for personnel management staff and teachers in vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the problems in the original evaluation and appointment policy and the new challenges of independent evaluation and appointment that the vocational colleges face since the decentralization of evaluation and appointment, this paper puts forward the reform and implementation scheme according to the actual situation of the college from organization form, evaluation system and appointment management.
