摘要
目的观察阿奇霉素与丙球蛋白及激素联合用药对于重症肺炎支原体肺炎患儿临床疗效。方法研究时间为2013年12月—2017年12月,研究对象为方便选取该院重症肺炎支原体肺炎患儿共89例,分为对照组44例和观察组45例。两组均给予退热止咳等支持治疗,呼吸不畅者可加以氧疗,对照组采用阿奇霉素单纯疗法,观察组采用阿奇霉素联合丙球蛋白和激素进行治疗,比较两组患儿治疗后的疗效以及两组患儿治疗前后的肺部啰音消失时间、止咳时间、退热时间及住院时间、不良反应。结果经治疗后,观察组总有效率为93.33%,其疗效作用显著优于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=64.239,P<0.05)。观察组患儿的肺部啰音消失时间、止咳时间、退热时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05),且同对照组相比,观察组住院时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素与丙球蛋白及激素联合用药对于重症肺炎支原体肺炎儿童临床效果显著,治疗疗程较短,可推广与临床应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of azithromycin combined with gamma globulin and hormones in children with severe pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods The study time was from December 2013 to December2017. The study population consisted of 89 patients with convenient selection with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in the hospital. The patients were divided into control group(44 cases) and observation group(45 cases). Both groups were given supportive treatment such as fever and cough, and those with poor breathing could be treated with oxygen. The control group was treated with azithromycin alone. The observation group was treated with azithromycin combined with globulin and hormones. The curative effect was compared between the two groups after treatment. The time of disappearance of lung rales, cough time, duration of fever, length of stay, and adverse reactions before and after treatment were recorded in the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, and its effect was significantly better than that of the control group, which was 75.00%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.239, P〈0.05).The disappearance time, cough time, and duration of fever in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Compared with the control group, the length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter(P〈0.05). Conclusion The combined use of azithromycin and gamma globulin and glucocorticoids has significant clinical effects on children with severe pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia. The treatment duration is short, and it can be widely used and clinically applied.
