胺碘酮在心律失常治疗中的应用研究

Application of Amiodarone in Arrhythmia Treatment

目的对胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床应用效果进行观察探讨。方法方便选取该院2017年4月—2018年1月期间治疗的临床研究对象150例,这150例研究对象均为心律失常患者,随机抽签分为研究组和常规组,每组各75例,常规组采取常规治疗,研究组采取胺碘酮治疗,观察并对比两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组采取胺碘酮治疗的总有效率(93.3%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用胺碘酮对心律失常患者进行治疗的临床效果确切,值得在临床应用上广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia. Methods A total of150 clinical studies were collected from the department between April 2017 and January 2018. All 150 subjects were arrhythmia patients and were convenient selected into study group and routine group, 75 cases in each group. The conventional group took conventional treatment, and the study group took amiodarone treatment to observe and compare the clinical treatment effect between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of amiodarone treatment in the observation group（93.3%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（80.0%）. There was a significant difference between the two groups of data, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of using amiodarone on treatment of arrhythmia patients is definite, and it is worth popularizing widely in clinical application.
