分析克罗米芬联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢患者促排卵的疗效

Analysis of the Efficacy of Clomiphene Combined with Metformin in Ovulation Induction in Patients with Polycystic Ovary

目的探究多囊卵巢患者采用克罗米芬联合二甲双胍对其促排卵的临床效果。方法方便选取该院2016年7月—2017年7月收治的54例多囊卵巢患者,并根据双盲法分为两组,对照组予以克罗米芬治疗,观察组予以克罗米芬联合二甲双胍治疗,对两组患者的排卵率、妊娠率、促卵泡成熟激素、黄体生成激素以及睾酮水平予以对比。结果观察组患者排卵率与妊娠率分别为88.89%、66.67%,均高于对照组患者的62.96%、37.04%(χ2=4.177 7、4.747 3,P<0.05);治疗后两组患者促卵泡成熟激素、黄体生成激素、睾酮、空腹血糖水平均低于治疗前,且观察组患者治疗后促卵泡成熟激素、黄体生成激素、睾酮和空腹血糖水平比对照组低(t=2.124 8、7.563 3、6.089 0、2.718 9,P<0.05);排卵期观察组患者子宫内膜厚度显著高于对照组(t=12.211 0,P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢患者采用克罗米芬联合二甲双胍的治疗效果显著,可使排卵率与妊娠率显著提高,改善睾酮等指标水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clomiphene combined with metformin on ovulation induction in patients with polycystic ovary. Methods 54 patients with polycystic ovary who were treated in the hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to the double-blind method. The control group was treated with clomiphene and the observation group was treated with clomiphene and metformin. The ovulation rate,pregnancy rate, follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, and testosterone levels were compared in the patients.Results The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were 88.89% and 66.67% respectively, which were higher than those in the control group 62.96% and 37.04%（χ^2=4.177 7,4.747 3,P〈0.05）; The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, testosterone, and fasting blood glucose were lower than before treatment in both groups, and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, testosterone, and fasting blood glucose were lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment（t=2.124 8, 7.563 3, 6.089 0, 2.718 9, P〈0.05）; The endometrium thickness in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（t=12.211 0, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of clomiphene combined with metformin in patients with polycystic ovary is significant, which can significantly increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate, and improve the level of testosterone and other indicators.
