摘要
目的探讨互动式健康教育路径在产科优质护理服务中的临床应用效果。方法方便选取2017年1—12月该院收治的300例孕产妇设为研究组,方便选取2015年1月—2016年12月300例孕产妇为对照组,对照组予以常规健康教育模式,研究组应用实施互动式健康教育路径模式,观察两组孕产妇的自然分娩率、围术期并发症情况、健康知识掌握情况及护理满意度。结果研究组的自然分娩率94.67%、健康知识掌握率96.00%与护理满意度94.33%明显高于对照组57.67%、47.67%、44.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=113.122、173.190、178.191,P<0.05)。其围术期并发症发生率9.00%明显低于对照组28.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=37.953,P<0.05)。结论互动式健康教育路径在产科优质护理服务中具有较高的临床应用效果,并且具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To explore the clinical application effects of interactive health education in high quality obstetric care. Methods A total of 300 pregnant women from January to December 2017 in the hospital were convenient selected as study group. From January 2015 to December 2016, 300 cases of pregnant women were convenient selected as the control group. The control group was given a routine health education mode. The research team applied the interactive health education path model to observe the natural delivery rate, perioperative complications, health knowledge acquisition, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of pregnant women. Results The natural delivery rate of 94.67% in the study group,96.00% in health knowledge and 94.33% in nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group(57.67%,47.67%, and 44.00%). There was a significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=113.122, 173.190, 178.191, P〈0.05).The perioperative complication rate of 9.00% was significantly lower than the control group of 28.67%, the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=37.953, P〈0.05). Conclusion The interactive health education path has a high clinical application effect in high quality obstetric care services, and has a high value of clinical promotion.
