变通小青龙汤治疗肺部感染的有效性、安全性评价

The Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction in Treating Pulmonary Infection

目的评价变通小青龙汤治疗肺部感染的有效性和安全性。方法便利抽取2016年1月—2017年1月该院收治的肺部感染患者64例作为研究对象,随机摸球法将患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组32例,采用西医治疗,研究组32例,采用变通小青龙汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗的有效性和安全性。结果研究组退热时间(2.9±0.6)d早于对照组,白细胞计数(5.5±1.2)×109/L和C反应蛋白水平(11.4±2.7)mg/L高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.063、3.545、3.472,P<0.05)。临床疗效93.7%明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.266,P<0.05)。两组所有患者均未发生心慌、胸闷、黄疸、少尿,心肝肾功能损害临床症状。结论变通小青龙汤治疗肺部感染效果显著,能够改善临床症状,且无不良反应,适合应用推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Gutong Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the treatment of pulmonary infection. Methods 64 patients with pulmonary infection treated in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were convenient selected as subjects. The patients were divided into a control group and a study group by random ball method,and 32 patients in the control group were treated by Western medicine. 32 patients were treated with modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction. The efficacy and safety of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The antipyretic time of study group was（2.9±0.6） days earlier than that of control group. White blood cell count（5.5±1.2）×10^9/L and C-reactive protein level（11.4±2.7） mg/L were higher than control group. The difference was statistically significant（t=4.063, 3.545, 3.472,P〈0.05）. The clinical efficacy of 93.7% was significantly higher than the control group, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（χ^2=4.266, P〈0.05）. No palpitation, chest tightness, jaundice, oliguria, and clinical symptoms of heart, liver, and kidney function impairment occurred in all groups. Conclusion Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction is effective in treating pulmonary infection, can improve clinical symptoms, and has no adverse reactions. It is suitable for application and promotion.
