摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT在肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法方便选取2015年5月—2017年5月该院收治的肺癌患者100例随机分为观察组(50例)对照组(50例),对照组采取胸部X射线进行检查,观察组采取多层螺旋CT检查,观察对比两组患者检查准确率。结果观察组检查准确率为96.00%,对照组检查准确率为64.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=32.000 0,P<0.05)。采用多层螺旋CT对周围型肺癌、中央型肺癌的误诊率分别为6.45%、5.26%要明显低于胸部X射线检查,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2周围型=4.705,P<0.05;χ2中央型=4.011,P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT在肺癌检查中准确率高,可为临床医生早期诊断提供更有价值的参照数据,有利于患者及时治疗,应在临床中推广。 Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods A total of100 lung cancer patients admitted to the hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into observation group(50 cases) and control group(50 cases). The control group was examined with chest X-rays.The observation group took multilayer spirals. CT examination, observation and comparison of the accuracy of the two groups of patients. Results The accuracy rate of the observation group was 96.00%, and the accuracy rate of the control group was 64.00%. The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=32.000 0, P〈0.05). The rate of misdiagnosis of peripheral lung cancer and central lung cancer with multi-slice spiral CT was 6.45% and 5.26% respectively, which was significantly lower than that of chest X-ray examination. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2 peripheral type = 4.705, P〈0.05,χ^2 central type = 4.011, P〈0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in the examination of lung cancer is high, which can provide more valuable reference data for early diagnosis of clinicians. It is beneficial to timely treatment of patients and should be promoted in clinical practice.
