Follow-up Practice and Experience of Patients with Malignant Tumor in a Hospital

对某院随访的工作内容、方式及成果进行报告,并展示该院在近年的恶性肿瘤患者随访工作的情况。基于对工作的回顾与分析,探究过去的随访工作中的弊端,并借鉴其他先进的随访经验,提出能够适应于肿瘤专科医院的新院外随访工作的模式,以改变了过去随访工作中耗时长、消耗成本高、工作效率低的局面,为肿瘤专科医院对恶性肿瘤出院患者随访的工作提供新的思路与参考。

The work contents, methods and results of follow-up in a hospital were reported, and the follow-up work of malignant tumor patients in the hospital in recent years was displayed. Based on the review and analysis of the work, to explore the shortcomings of the past follow-up work, and learn from other advanced follow-up experience, to propose a new model for follow-up work can be adapted to the tumor hospital to change the time spent in the past follow-up work, the situation of high cost of consumption and low work efficiency, to provide new ideas and references for cancer specialist hospitals to follow-up patients with discharged malignant tumors.
