摘要
根据钢铁厂供水泵机组工艺特点及节能增效的要求,本文提出了基于PLC的供水泵高压变频控制系统的设计方案。文中介绍了以PLC和高压变频器为核心的控制系统的硬件框架,给出了控制系统PLC软件程序及触摸屏人机界面。控制系统具有运行平稳可靠、自动化程度高、节能效果明显的优点。
According to the technological characteristics of water supply pump unit and the requirements of energy saving and efficiency increasing,a design scheme of high voltage variable frequency control system of water supply pump based on PLC was proposed.In this paper,the hardware frame of the control system based on PLC and high voltage converter was introduced.The PLC software program of the control system and the HMI of touch screen were given.The control system had the advantages of stable and reliable operation,high automation and obvious energy saving effect.
