摘要
介绍一种轴向内屏式绕组结构,阐述该结构电容补偿原理、适用范围及优缺点评估。与连续式结构对比,分析了轴向内屏式结构对改善绕组冲击电压分布的效果。以实际换流变为例,通过波过程仿真计算,对比分析了轴向内屏式与幅向内屏式的冲击电压分布及段间绝缘可靠性,证明轴向内屏式结构可有效降低绕组段间梯度,提高绕组的纵绝缘强度,在其适用范围内屏蔽效果优于幅向内屏式结构。
An axial shielding winding structure was introduced.The principle of capacitance compensation and the range of application were discussed.The advantages and disadvantages were evaluated.Compared with the continuous structure,the effect of axial shielding on the impact voltage distribution was analyzed.Taking the actual converter transformer as an example,through the calculation of the wave process,the impact voltage distribution and insulation reliability between disks of the axial shielding structure and the radial shielding structure were compared and analysed.It was proved that the axial shielding structure could effectively reduced the gradient between disks and increased the axial insulation strength of winding.The effect of shielding was better than the radial shielding structure in the applicable range.
