摘要
某核电汽轮机采用OEM厂商设计的基于比例-前馈算法的转速控制方案。本文在Ovation系统上完成DEH组态并搭建该汽轮机仿真模型,分析并仿真验证了OEM转速控制方案会导致汽轮机在低转速区转速波动,进汽阀阀位波动。为此,推荐改用PID转速控制方案,并仿真验证PID转速控制方案性能满足要求,且能够避免转速波动和阀位波动。
The speed control scheme based on proportion-feedforward algorithm provided by turbine OEM was adopted by a nuclear power turbine.DEH configuration and mathematical model of this turbine were built on Ovation system.That the OEM speed control scheme would cause turbine speed fluctuation in low speed region and fluctuation of valve position was verified and simulated.Speed control scheme based on PID algorithm was proposed to replace OEM scheme.Related simulation result demonstrated that PID speed control scheme could meet turbine requirement and prevent speed and valve position fluctuation.
