微合金化球墨铸铁绳衬铸件的生产试验

摘要 介绍了Sn、Sb复合微合金化铸态球墨铸铁绳衬铸件的熔炼生产试验过程,试验结果表明:(1)在常规QT600-3中添加适量的合金Sn和Sb进行微合金化,可以在铸态下稳定获得硬度范围较窄(<30 HBW)的球墨铸铁件且力学性能符合要求;(2)此微合金化的方法成本低廉,生产工艺过程简单,铸件化学成分容易控制;(3)利用Sn和Sb进行微合金化,减少了调质工序和提前开箱落砂的操作,降低了生产成本和工人的劳动强度,同时避免了铸件加速冷却后带来的变形,铸件尺寸稳定可靠。 The smelting production test process of Sn,Sb composite microalloyed nodular iron rope lining castings was introduced. The test results showed that:(1)In the as-cast state,the nodular iron castings with a narrow stable hardness range(30 HBW)could be produced by adding appropriate amounts of alloy Sn and Sb to microalloying in conventional QT600-3.And the mechanical properties of it met the requirements.(2)The method of micro-alloying was low in cost and the production process was simple. The chemical composition of the castings was easy to control.(3)The use of Sn and Sb for micro-alloying,reduced the refining process and the operation of early open and knockout operation. It reduced the production cost and the labor intensity of the workers while avoiding the deformation caused by the accelerated cooling. The casting size was stable and reliable.
