喂丝球化处理工艺的开发及应用

摘要 介绍了喂丝球化、孕育处理工艺的研究,并在球墨铸铁曲轴上完成了技术开发,实现了批量应用,得出以下结论:(1)喂丝球化处理站烟尘自动收集,产生的渣子量少,约为冲入法的一半;(2)球化处理包的设计应考虑铁液深度和铁液液面到处理包顶面反应空间这2方面的因素;(3)在一定w(Mg)量范围内,不同w(Mg)量包芯线生产的铸件金相组织相差不大,但需综合考虑吸收率、反应程度和处理成本等来确定包芯线规格;(4)与冲入法相比,喂丝工艺生产的球墨铸铁石墨形态的一致性和圆整度略好,力学性能高于Mg和RE加入量相当的冲入法,且稳定性较好。 The investigation on cored-wire injection nodularizing process and inoculating process were introduced,and their technology development had been completed on the nodular iron crankshaft and,as well as,the batch application had been realized. Following conclusions were obtained:(1)The dust of cored-wire injecting nodularizing station was collected automatically,its slag amount was small which was about the half of the slag amount of pour-over nodularlizing process.(2)Nodularizing treatment ladle should be designed by considering 2 factors:iron melt depth and the reaction space from the iron melt level to the top edge of the treatment ladle.(3)Within a certain Mg content range,there was only a little metallurgical structures difference of the castings produced with the cored-wire containing different Mg contents,however the cored-wire specification should be decided by considering comprehensively the factors of absorption rate,reaction degree and treatment cost.(4)Comparing with pour-over treatment process,the graphite morphology conswastence and roundness of the nodular iron produced with cored-wire injecting process was a little better,its mechanical properties were higher than pour-over process with equivalent Mg and RE addition amount and its stability was better.
