我国在规划领域中公众参与缺乏具体的方法和相应的措施,结合太原市规划实践从规划编制层面探讨公众参与的具体做法,提出公众参与平台、咨询服务渠道,由多部门、多领域组成固定的公众参与团队,建立健全的公众参与保障体系。

In China,the public participation in the planning field lacks concrete methods and corresponding measures,this paper discusses the concrete practice of public participation from the planning and compiling level in Taiyuan city planning practice. It puts forward the public participation platform,the consulting service channel,the public participation team composed of many departments and many fields,and establishes a sound public participation guarantee system.
