摘要
以项目实例为研究背景,在介绍液压T梁模板的基本构造基础下,详细解析整体式液压模板施工工艺,同时提出该工艺应用需要注意的内容,实践可知,在阳蟒高速路基第一合同段(ZBLJ1-2)预制T梁施工中,通过液压式整体模板的应用,大大提高了生产效率,为以后T梁生产提供了宝贵的实践经验。
Taking the project example as the research background,the basic structure of the hydraulic T beam formwork is introduced in detail.Secondly,the construction technology of the integral hydraulic template is analyzed. At the same time,it is put forward that the application needs to be paid attention to. In practice,it can be seen that the first contract section of the Yang Python high speed subgrade（ ZBLJ1-2） is used in the construction of prefabricated T beams. The application of the hydraulic integral template greatly improves the production efficiency,and provides valuable practical experience for the production of T beams in the future.
