介绍了全断面法进行隧道开挖的施工工艺,分别分析了测量、钻孔、出渣等工序中的控制要点,阐述了确保隧道施工质量的控制措施和安全措施,保证开挖、出渣和支护能力相协调,充分利用围岩自稳性,确保隧道洞体开挖进度和安全,对同类工程具有借鉴意义。
The paper introduces the construction craft for the tunnel excavation with the whole-section method,analyzes the controlling points in the construction sequences including the measurement,drilling,and taphole,and illustrates the controlling measures and safety measures to ensure the construction quality,so as to guarantee the coordination for the excavation,taphole and support capacity,to make full uas of the self-stability of the surrounding rock to ensure the excavation speed and safety of the tunnel excavation,and provide some reference for similar projects.
