摘要
行车在吊载过程中因重物下有人员通过而引发了大量的事故,针对此情况设计了一种能够起到物理防呆的行吊安全防护系统,该系统包括基于DSP和MCU硬件开发平台的电路设计和实现行吊安全检测的软件设计。在硬件结构上分为检测单元和控制单元两部分,它们之间利用无线电传技术传输数据。检测单元主要利用热释电技术检测行车正下方有无人员通过,控制单元有开关选择功能,且在收到危险信号时自动锁死遥控器,使行车停止作业。原理样机经过初步试验运行可靠,能够满足实际应用要求,具有一定的适应性。
Amount of accidents occur due to someone passing below the running travelling crane hanging with heavy thing. This paper designs a safe protecting travelling crane system which can prevent accidents happening. The system includes hardware design consists of detecting unit and controlling unit,and exchanging the data by wireless technology between the two units. The controlling unit have the switch choosing function,and stop travelling crane running automatically by locking the wireless controlling unit have the switch choosing function,and stop travelling crane running automatically by locking the wireless controller when receiving dangerous signal. The theory sample running reliably in primary test,which can meet the requirement of practical application,and have the adaptability in some way.
