基于像素参照无损测定魔芋叶面积的研究

摘要 魔芋叶面积简单无损精确测定是研究其生理功能、株型育种和改良群体结构的基础.本文用矩形模型,采用像素参照研究了测定魔芋叶面积方法,结果表明:矩形面和像平面的夹角及标样的位置对测定结果影响较大,夹角每增加1°,标样距中心点距离增加1cm,面积增减约0.28cm^2,标样位于中心点,中心对称点以及旋转对称点测定的误差小.在实际测定时,利用近中点标样法和中心近似对称点法测定受夹角影响较小,误差在2.0%以内.该方法简单,可作为精确无损测魔芋叶面积的方法. Konjac leaf blade area( LA) measured by the simple,precisely non-destructive method was the basis of studying its physiological function,breeding for plant type and improving population structure.In this paper,a rectangle and the reference pixel were used to establish the method to estimate konjac LA.The results showed that the angle between the rectangular plane and image plane and the loci of reference sample had a great influence on the area,which increased or decreased 0. 28 cm^2 with the angle,meanwhile,the distance to the central loci every increasing of 1 degree and 1 cm. When the reference sample was located on the central point,symmetrical points on the line through the central point and symmetrical points by rotating of 180 degree,the relative error was lower.In fact,the konjac LA determined by the near central point reference and the approximate center symmetry point reference was little influenced by the angle and the relative error was under of 2.0%,which can be used as the simple and nondestructive methods to precisely measure the LA of konjac.
