广西贫困化与土地集约利用重心演变与关联性分析

Analysis of Evolution and Correlation between Poverty and Land Intensive Use in Guangxi

以2008~2016年广西各区县的贫困化与土地集约利用综合指数为基础,运用重心模型测算了贫困化与土地集约利用的发展演变模式与关联性,探讨了两者间的交互作用。研究显示:广西贫困化和土地集约利用水平区际差异显著,贫困化随着土地集约利用水平的提升呈下降趋势,空间分异格局"凹""凸"相致,逆向明显;贫困化重心和土地集约利用重心的演变具有阶段性特征,移动速度在不同时期存在差异,贫困化重心较土地集约利用重心变动较为剧烈;总体上,集约利用程度的提升有助于降低区域贫困化水平,但由于社会经济发展、支持政策倾向、土地的产出效益滞后性等原因,个别时期土地集约利用水平并未对反贫困产生显著促进作用。

Based on the comprehensive indexes of poverty and land intensive use in all counties（regions） of Guangxi from^2008 to 2016,the gravity center model was used to calculate the development evolution pattern and correlation between the poverty and land intensive use,and the interaction between them was also discussed in this study. The results showed that there were significant differences in the poverty and land intensive use level among different counties（regions） of Guangxi. Along with the increase in land intensive use level,the poverty level exhibited a declining trend,and its spatial distribution was in＂concave and convex＂pattern. The evolution of the gravity center of both poverty and land intensive use had the periodical characteristics,their movement speed was different in different periods,and the gravity center of poverty changed more dramatically than that of land intensive use. Overall,the improvement of land intensive use degree contributed to reduce the level of regional poverty. But because of the social and economic development,the tendency of supporting policies,the lag effect of land output benefits and so on,the high-level land intensive use failed to reduce the poverty level in some special periods.
