基于老年人需求的天津日间照料中心优化研究

Optimization of Tianjin Day Care Centers Based on the Demands of the Aged

在我国,社区养老服务设施的建设仍处于起步阶段,缺乏针对健康老年人日常养老需求的服务。文章选取天津地区既存社区老年服务设施——社区日间照料中心为主要研究对象,并对设施目标人群分类、使用需求以及使用后满意度评价进行深入调研,利用SPSS统计模型分析调研所得数据。基于统计结果,探究目前社区日间照料中心主体空间使用率较低,未能达到社区辅助生活功能的原因,进而提出相应的改进建议。

In China,the construction of community service facilities for the aged is still in its infancy,lacking of services to cater for the needs of the healthy elderly. In this paper,the existing community elderly service facilities,i. e. community day care center in Tianjin area was selected as the main research object. Meanwhile,in-depth research on the classification of the target population,demands and the evaluation of after-use satisfaction was carried out. The data were analyzed by SPSS statistical model. Based on the statistical results,this paper explores the reasons for the lower utilization rate of the main space and failure to achieve the purpose of community assisted living function in the community day care centers,and then puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions.
