摘要
近年来我国实行依法治军,军事法律政策成为军事管理活动的重要保障。为了更好地发挥军事法律政策的作用,文章在政策工具的视域下,选取16个国防政策文本作为研究对象,运用二维分析框架对法律条款的内容进行分析。以期发现国防政策工具使用中存在的不均衡、不合理之处,提出改进建议,为提高我国军事管理水平提供有益参考。
Viewing from the perspective of policy tools,this paper selects 16 national defense policy,analyzing their specific contents and encodes their terms with the two-dimensional analytical framework and finally explains the mechanism and the meaning of the that. It is hoped that the imbalances and irrationalities in the use of national defense policy tools will be discovered and suggestions for improvement will be put forward to provide useful reference for improving China＇s military management.
