摘要
为研究Ti的添加对Cr12MoV钢组织结构及力学性能的影响,利用真空感应电炉制备含Ti量0,0. 1%,0. 2%,0. 3%,0. 4%,0. 5%的试样,借助光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜分析试样的微观组织,电子万能试验机、摆锤式冲击试验机及洛氏硬度计测试试样的力学性能。结果表明:Ti的加入改善了Cr12MoV钢中碳化物的分布以及碳化物颗粒大小,提高了Cr12MoV钢的冲击韧性、抗拉强度和硬度。随着Ti含量的增加,Cr12MoV钢的抗拉强度和硬度有一定程度的提高,冲击韧性显著升高,当Ti含量为0. 5%,冲击韧性达到11. 3J/cm^2,是未添加Ti时的2. 8倍。
In order to study the effect of Ti addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Cr12MoV steel, the samples of different Ti content (0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%) were fabricated by using the vacuum induction furnace. The microstructure of the samples was analyzed by means of optical microscope and SEM. Electro mechanical universal testing machines, pendulum impact testing machine and Rockwell hardness tester were utilized to test the mechanical properties of the samples. The results show that the carbide distribution and carbide particle size are improved, and the impact toughness, tensile strength and hardness of Cr12MoV steel increase with the Ti content increasement. When the content of Ti is 0.5%, the impact toughness of the samples reaches 11.3 J, which is 2.8 times higher than that without Ti.
