涡流发生器对不同弦长风力机翼型气动性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 加装涡流发生器有助于大型风力机叶片根部厚翼型表面边界层气流分离的控制。以DU97-W2-300三维翼型为研究对象,采用转捩模型对安装相同尺寸的涡流发生器,弦长分别为0. 6、1和1. 5 m的翼型进行数值计算,分析涡流发生器控制流动分离的机制。结果表明:转捩模型计算结果与试验结果吻合良好;对于3种不同弦长的翼型,在攻角0°~14°范围内,计算得到的升力系数基本相同;当攻角大于14°后,随翼型弦长增大,升力系数减小,翼型尾缘分离区域逐步增大。 In the inboard of blade of the large wind turbine, the air separation often occurs because of the thick aerofoil. Vortex generators (VGs) is an effective way to control the air separation. The DU97-W2-300 3D airfoil with the same vortex generators was researched with different chord of 0.6m, 1m and 1.5m. The transition model was used in numerical calculation. The results show that the transition model results had well agreement with test results. The mechanism of controlling flow separation with VGs was analyzed. For three different chord length, within 0°~14° attack angle, the results of lift coefficient were almost the same. When the attack angle is above 14°. With the augment of airfoil chord, the lift coefficient decreases and the region of flow separation of trailing edge increases gradually.
