关于两会精神下高校工会职工思想政治工作开展途径研究

Research on Ways of Developing the Ideological and Political Work of Trade Union Workers in Colleges and Universities under the Spirit of the Two Sessions

思想政治工作一直是我国高校各项工作展开的基础,2018年3月,"两会"在北京召开,本次会议对当前高校思想政治工作的重要性进行进一步讨论,同时也提出了未来高校思想政治工作开展的方向与目标。因此本文就以"两会"精神下高校工会职工思想政治工作为研究对象,讨论存在的问题,并提出相应的工作方法,希望能够为相关专业提供可以参考的理论依据。

Ideological and political work has always been the basis for the various work of colleges and universities in China. In March 2018, the ＂Two Sessions＂ were held in Beijing, further discussing the importance of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, and also proposing the future direction and goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, taking the ideological and political work of trade union workers in colleges and universities under the spirit of the ＂Two Sessions＂ as the research object, this paper discusses the existing problems, and proposes corresponding working methods, hoping to provide relevant theoretical basis for relevant majors.
