新时代艺术教师素养探究

A Preliminary Study on the Literacy of Art Teachers in the New Era

艺术是我国基础教育的核心部分,是现行方针的基石。近年来随着课程改革的全面深化,艺术课程在学校教育当中占的比重越来越大,这正体现了新的教育理念转化为具体的教学实践,而教师作为教育的实践者,更是转化的核心力量。如何适应改革的需要、提高自身的能力,是本文研究的核心。习近平总书记提出了中国特色社会主义进入新时代,在此时期,教师更要加强自身建设,在教育工作中贯彻十九大精神。本文主要就专业能力、教学能力以及适应能力三个方面来探究新时代艺术教师要具备的素养。

Art is the core part of China＇s basic education and the cornerstone of the current policy. In recent years, with the comprehensive deepening of curriculum reform, art courses have become more and more important in school education, which reflects the transformation of new educational concepts into specific teaching practices, and teachers as practitioners of education are the core force of the transformation. How to adapt to the needs of reform and improve their own ability is the core of this study.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. During this period,teachers must strengthen themselves and implement the spirit of the 19 th National Congress in education. This paper mainly explores the literacy of art teachers in the new era in terms of professional competence, teaching ability and adaptability.
