摘要
《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中指出了关于幼儿的平衡能力问题,通过运动刺激提高幼儿的平衡能力。幼儿在走、跑、跳、投、钻、爬等活动都能够对幼儿的平衡能力给予影响。幼儿时期平衡能力比较差,表现在动作的不协调、不稳定、不灵活等方面。本文通过幼儿园中班的户外活动的区别安排,有针对性地进行了一些平衡能力的练习并对比了两组实验数据,建议在幼儿园阶段适量加入平衡素质的练习项目,促进幼儿全面健康发展。
In the "Guidelines of Kindergarten Education", the issue of children's balance ability is pointed out, and children's balance ability is improved through exercise stimulation. Children can influence their balance ability in activities such as walking,running, jumping, throwing, drilling and climbing. The balance ability in early childhood is relatively poor, manifested in uncoordinated, unstable and inflexible movements. In this paper,through the different arrangement of outdoor activities for the middle class of a kindergarten, some balanced exercises were carried out in a targeted manner and the two sets of experimental data were compared. It is recommended to add a balanced quality exercise program in the kindergarten stage to promote the overall and healthy development of children.
