摘要 美容化妆品行业高速发展,经营管理、服务类人才供不应求。化妆品经营与管理类专业成为近几年国内高职类院校开设的热点专业之一,因此,研究与探索其人才培养十分重要。广轻化妆品经营与管理专业是国内公办院校最早创办的专业,在过去的十几年中,已形成了学科交叉型课程体系、多学科专业交叉复合型师资团队,对接市场、校企融合精准培育了行业内急需人才,形成了一定的社会影响力和示范性。 With the high-speed development of the cosmetics industry, the management and service talents are in short supply.Cosmetics operation and management majors have become popular majors offered by domestic higher vocational colleges in recent years. Therefore, it is very important to study and explore their talent training. The Cosmetics Operation and Management Major of Guangdong Industry Polytechnic is the earliest major of cosmetics operation and management established in public colleges in China. In the past ten years, it has formed a comprehensive faculty team based on cross-disciplinary curriculum system and multi-disciplinary majors to connect the market and adapt to college-enterprise cooperation. It has cultivated urgently needed talents in the industry and formed certain social influence and demonstration.
