教研室是高校最基层的教学组织,有着多重职能,是高校日常教学运行,教育教学改革实施的终端组织,对于提升高校教育质量和人才培养质量有着至关重要的作用。本文阐述了高校教研室建设的必要性,指出了当前部分高校教研室建设过程中存在的问题,并提出了重建教研室教学研究功能的对策。

The teaching and research section is the most basic teaching organization in colleges and universities. It has multiple functions. It is the daily teaching operation of colleges and universities. The teaching and research section is the terminal organization of the reform and implementation of education, and it plays a vital role in improving the quality of higher education.This paper expounds the necessity of the construction of teaching and research section in colleges and universities, points out the existing problems in the construction of teaching and research section in some colleges and universities, and puts forward the countermeasures to reconstruct the teaching research functions of the teaching and research section.
