Mistaken Ideas and Promotion Strategies for Postgraduates' Time Management Ability

研究生对于时间的管理是影响其自身综合能力发展的主要因素。提高时间管理的能力能够提升学术能力、缓解心理负担、为步入社会做准备,但又容易出现盲区,如:对自身能力有高估的倾向、被动地等待安排以及学校没有重视,本文认为应该从学校和个人两个层面来提升时间管理的能力。

The time management of postgraduate students is the main factor that affects the development of their comprehensive ability. The ability to improve time management can improve academic ability and ease psychological burden, and help them to prepare themselves for social life, but mistaken ideas easily occur in the process, such as the tendency of overestimating their own abilities, passively waiting for arrangement and little attention from school administrators. This paper holds that the ability of time management should be improved from both school administrators and individuals.
